Return within 3 hours from the purchase date & time.
Purchase receipt is extremely required during the return/Exchange/refund.
The return/exchange/refund transaction has to execute at customer care service area.
Return/Exchange/refundable items conditions (item wise vary) should be sellable.
Purpose of the return/refund/exchange has to be valid.
Grocery Food, Noon Food & others:
Return within 7 Days from the date of purchase with purchase receipt.
Products should be in sellable conditions with original pack & valid reasons.
Any kinds of inner garments (underwear, Bra, Vest etc.) are not included in the return/exchange/refund policy whatever the reasons.
3% will be deducted from the customer during the refund (applicable only for refund) where the purchase was done through credit card.
Any kinds of toys are excluded from return/exchange/refund policy.
USB, CD, Trimmer (i.e., accessories) etc. will not be accepted as returnable if it not intact.
Other electronics, home appliances will be exchanged or returned according to manufactures policies.
